The Annual Rotary Youth Speaks Competition
Knutsford Academy was delighted to host the annual Rotary Youth Speaks Competition on Tuesday this week. This is a public speaking competition and a fantastic opportunity for young people to build confidence and develop ambition. The event aims to give our students a platform to speak passionately about topics that matter to them.
Our three teams competed against Didsbury High School, The County High School Leftwich and Weaverham High School. We are delighted to tell you that our Year 9 team were runners-up in the Intermediate category and the Year 10 team won the Seniors category!
They were amazing and made us very proud!
